As the Founder and Education Lead of NextGen Coaching Collective, and as an award-winning activity provider owner myself, I am delighted to share our mission with you.

Our journey began with a vision: to empower students with the strong foundations and essential skills needed to embark on Teaching Assistant and Teacher Training courses. We recognised the immense potential within each student and sought to provide them with the knowledge and support required to pursue their educational aspirations.

Drawing from my own experiences as an activity provider, I understand the transformative power of education. At NextGen Coaching Collective, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of educators and leaders, equipping them with the tools to succeed in their educational journeys. At NextGen Coaching Collective, we run both Student Helper and Teachers courses.

Our Student Helper Programme is tailored and expertly crafted to cater to the unique needs and aspirations of students, usually aged 11 and above, as they embark on their educational journey.
